What is PowerShift?
PowerShift is the biannual convening of Parliament that brings together Members of Parliament, guests of Members of Parliament, thought leaders, authors, and the select innovators and creators that make up the House of UnCommons. At PowerShift, you will forge new relationships and discuss top leadership priorities with a diverse group of people.
PowerShift embodies the exploration of old and new forms of power in organizations and society. It is a convening where innovative individuals, from executives to artists, gain insight and inspiration from each other. The PowerShift experience is a “destination wedding without a wedding” – a place where you can have fun and meet great new people with whom you will not only form long-lasting and meaningful relationships, but with whom you can also collaborate and make small bet experiments in the days and months to come.
What is Parliament?
Parliament is a learning + doing community of thought leaders, authors and senior executives who are working on the ideas and trends shaping business and society. The community includes a mix of over 50 bestselling authors, dozens of senior executives from Fortune 500 and leading corporations, and Silicon Valley innovators. We bridge old power (Fortune 500) and new power worlds (entrepreneurs) and are as committed to action and experimentation as we are absolute cutting edge conversations and insight — the quality of Davos with the mindset and spirit of Silicon Valley.

What is the code of conduct?
Conversations should be held with a spirit of openness and collaboration. In Parliament, ideas are the air we breathe—they are free, not property. With that in mind, please take care to keep sensitive and proprietary information out of PowerShift conversations. If conversations and ideas are to be open, free and collaborative, we can’t have company secrets in the mix.
Finally, Chatham House Rules should be observed for all Parliament and PowerShift meetings, sessions and conversations. These rules state:
When a meeting, or part thereof, is held, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s) may be revealed.
Will there be food?
Dinner will be provided on the evening of Monday, April 16th and breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be served on Tuesday, April 17th.
Is there a dress code?
PowerShift is a fun and intimate gathering, so casual attire is welcomed.
